Can I return a product?

If you are ever less than completely satisfied with a product purchased from PotteryAttic.com, you may return it for a replacement (if the item is still available) or a full refund within 15 days. Pottery Attic will pay return shipping costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, is a duplicate of a product already ordered and received, or is not the product that was ordered. Simply call Customer Service at 281.236.2038, 8:30am - 5pm ET Monday - Friday and request a postage-paid return label. You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered.

If the actual Import Fees (paid by carrier on behalf of the recipient to the customs and tax jurisdiction of the destination country) are less than the Import Fees Deposit PotteryAttic.com estimated, we will automatically refund the difference to the payment method you used for the order. We will send you a notification e-mail to confirm the amount of the refund.

What if the actual Import Fees are more than the Import Fees Deposit I was charged?

You will not be charged any additional fees if the actual Import Fees exceed the Import Fees Deposit we estimated.
