Returns and Replacements
If you are ever less than completely satisfied with a product purchased from Potteryattic.com, you may return it for a replacement (if the item is still available) or a full refund within 15 days, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other
charges. You must contact us with 5 days of receiving the item and ship within 10 days of receipt.
All special order and Custom order designs and patterns cannot be returned. In this instance all orders are final and no returns will be offered.
The item must be returned in the original packaging, and with all paperwork, to ensure full credit.
No returns or refunds will be granted after the five (5) calendar day period has expired. If we receive notification from you within the five (5) days, we will refund the purchase price in full to your credit card
after receiving the ceramics undamaged (for satisfaction guaranteed claims) or damaged (for damaged ceramics claims). Shipping charges are not refundable.
Credit -- You can expect a refund within 15 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
